T&C Custom Catering & Events is powered by the creativity and collaboration of two chefs—Cecil and Gary—who bring flavor, soul, and professionalism to every event. What started as a shared love for cooking and community turned into a full-service catering company rooted in purpose and partnership.






How We Started
Gary and Cecil’s story began as childhood friends in Richmond, long before they became business partners. Gary found his passion for cooking early on, discovering that food was a way to connect with people and cultures. Cecil came to cooking later, after leaving behind a corporate career in search of purpose. He found it in the kitchen, working in fine dining and mastering his craft. Together, they formed T&C Custom Catering & Events—a business built on friendship, flavor, and the belief that food brings people together.
